Stuffed Mini Calzones
with Pepperoni, Mortadella & Gouda Cheese

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Crust
1/2 bell pepper, small dice
1/4 cup olives, cut in half (any olive you prefer)
1/4 cup Mortadella (or your choice of meat)
1/4 cup pepperoni
1/3 cup grated Gouda (or your choice of cheese)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3.5 in. cutter
STEPS

Preheat oven to 400℉.

Combine all ingredients and mix together.

Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust and cut small rounds from dough using 3.5 in. cutter.

Fill each round with a Tbsp. of the mixture. Fold in half and pinch ends. Use fork to crimp edges around the calzone, sealing in the mixture.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
