1 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Crust
1/2 bell pepper, small dice
1/4 cup olives, cut in half (any olive you prefer)
1/4 cup Mortadella (or your choice of meat)
1/4 cup pepperoni
1/3 cup grated Gouda (or your choice of cheese)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3.5 in. cutter


  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix together.

  3. Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust and cut small rounds from dough using 3.5 in. cutter.

  4. Fill each round with a Tbsp. of the mixture. Fold in half and pinch ends. Use fork to crimp edges around the calzone, sealing in the mixture.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
