2 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Crust
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
3 Tbsp. heavy cream or milk
1/2 cup celery, small dice
1 cup cooked chicken, small dice
Ranch dressing for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, wing sauce and cheddar together. Add milk. Fold in celery and chicken.

  3. Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust and place chicken mixture on dough, leaving 1 in. of dough on the edges free. Lay another Bistro Pizza Dough on top and fold the edges to seal and make a seam.

  4. Use an upside down cup to make a small mark in the center of the top dough. Cut slices from the center mark. Twist each piece twice.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch for dipping.
