Pair with Sweet Potato Pockets
Thanksgiving round two! Use your leftovers without having to go back to the store.
1 pkg. Puff Pastry
1 cup prepared stuffing
1 cup shredded turkey, cooked
1/2 cups sliced mushrooms, cooked
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the stuffing, turkey, mushrooms and salt in a mixing bowl.
Unroll the refrigerated Puff Pastry and cut round circles out of the dough in a relevant size to press into a greased muffin tin with six molds. Once the dough is placed in the tin, fill the tart with the turkey mixture. In the middle of each tart, place 1 Tbsp. of cranberry sauce.
Bake for 15 minutes until the tartlets are golden brown.
