with Bacon & Eggs
Now you can eat pizza for breakfast. The best of everything on our crispy pizza crust!
1 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Crust
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. butter
6 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 scallion, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Heat oven to 425°F.
Whisk eggs and heavy cream together in bowl. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and add egg mixture. Cook, lifting gently and stirring slightly to allow uncooked portions to flow underneath, 2-3 minutes or until set. Remove from heat and set aside.
Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Top with 4 slices of cheese, cooked eggs, bacon, red pepper and scallion. Cut remaining 2 slices cheese into quarters; separate pieces. Place cheese pieces over pizza.
Bake 10-13 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with cilantro, slice and serve.
