INGREDIENTS

2 pkgs. Family Size Pizza Crust
1/2 lb. cooked sausage
6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 lb. frozen spinach, thawed (water wrung out with paper towels)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil
Pizza sauce for dipping
Star cookie cutter

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together sausage, bacon, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a large bowl.

  3. Unroll one of the refrigerated Family Size Pizza Crusts on enclosed parchment paper and place on baking sheet. Brush liberally with olive oil and top with sausage filling.

  4. Unroll second refrigerated Family Size Pizza Crust on parchment paper and place on counter. Use cookie cutter to cut star shapes, reserving cut outs to place on top. Use the parchment paper to flip the dough over on top of dough and filling, lining up both doughs. Use a fork to crimp ends.

  5. Place stars on top of dough to decorate and brush with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
