1 Jus-Rol Puff Pastry Sheet

Cut the sheet into 8 pieces

Fill with 1-2 Tablespoons of filling fold into a triangle and press the edges with a fork.

Place on the baking tray and bake at 400°F until golden brown.

Drizzle with icing

I bought the pastry dough specifically to make turnovers. They came out looking amazing! Better than from any bakery. They puffed up beautifully and were nice and crisp. I used cherry pie filling and added a bit of almond extract to the glaze.
