INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Puff Pastry
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3/4 tsp. cream of wheat
1 Tbsp. butter, melted

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.  

  2. Mix eggs, cream cheese, feta, cottage cheese and cream of wheat in a bowl.

  3. Unroll the refrigerated Puff Pastry and cut it into into squares – 4 rows of 5 columns. Spoon 1-2 tsp. of the cheese mixture onto the center of each square and fold over the dough, sealing and crimping the edges.

  4. Lightly brush butter over the top of the triangles and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
