Jusrol - Recipe - Meatball Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil over med heat and stir in onions and salt until the onions begin to brown, about 8 mins. Reduce to medium low and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes longer.

  3. Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Marinara sauce. Top with (thawed or fresh) meatballs, Mozzarella, caramelized onions and Parmagiano-Reggiano.

  4. Bake for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley after baking to garnish.
