
with Caramelized Onions & Parsley
This is a hearty meal with a gourmet twist. Sure to become a family favorite!


1 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Crust
1 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 onions, sliced thin into rings
1/2 cup Marinara sauce
6 oz. small meatballs (bought or homemade)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 Tbsp. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Pinch of chopped parsley
Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil over med heat and stir in onions and salt until the onions begin to brown, about 8 mins. Reduce to medium low and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes longer.
Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Crust on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Marinara sauce. Top with (thawed or fresh) meatballs, Mozzarella, caramelized onions and Parmagiano-Reggiano.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley after baking to garnish.
