WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PIZZA DOUGH AND FLATBREAD DOUGH?

Our Flatbread dough contains less raising agent than our pizza doughs so it’s thinner, crispier, and won’t rise as much. It’s an authentic “Old World” recipe, traditionally served with lighter ingredients like sour cream and vegetables instead of tomato sauce and cheese. Flatbread makes a great alternative to high-rising pizza crust for people who want to cut down on carbs.
