HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL A PACKAGE OF JUS-ROL DOUGH SERVE?
Serving sizes will vary by recipe. However, below are some general serving guidelines:
- Family Size Pizza dough, formerly Classic dough, typically fits a rectangular baking sheet 10” x 15” or larger
- Round & Thin Pizza dough, formerly Bistro dough, typically fits best on a pizza stone or pan that’s 12” or larger
- Flatbread dough typically fits a rectangular baking sheet 12” x 16” or larger
- Puff Pastry dough typically fits a rectangular baking sheet 10” x 15” or larger. It can also be cut, folded or formed into different sizes depending on the recipe.
- Pie Crust dough typically fits a 9″ baking dish
