Cheesy Puff Pastry Twists
Crispy, golden, and irresistibly cheesy, these puff pastry twists are the perfect snack or party appetizer. Made with layers of flaky JusRol pastry and a blend of Parmesan and Cheddar, they’re quick to prep, bake in minutes, and disappear even faster.

1 egg (for egg wash)
2 cups cheese (Parmesan or Cheddar of a mix)

Steps
- Preheat & prep:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water to make an egg wash.
- Mix cheese:
- In a small bowl, combine all grated cheeses.
- Layer pastry with cheese:
- Lightly flour or sprinkle ¼ of the cheese mixture onto your work surface.
- Brush one side of a puff pastry sheet with egg wash.
- Place the puff pastry egg-side down on the cheesy surface.
- Roll out:
- Brush the top of the puff pastry with egg wash.
- Sprinkle another ¼ of the cheese mixture evenly on top.
- Roll out the pastry to about ¼-inch thick.
- Cut & twist:
- Slice the sheet into strips, about 10 strips, each 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat:
- Repeat steps 3–5 with the second puff pastry sheet and remaining cheese.
- Bake:
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
