with Apple Streusel
This pizza is easy to prepare and serve and the combination is out of this world!


1 pkg. Round & Thin Pizza Dough
4 small Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin slices
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Juice from 1/2 lemon
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup caramel topping
1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Streusel Topping:
tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Sea salt (optional)
STEPS

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss sliced apples with 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon, lemon juice, flour, and granulated sugar. Set aside.

Make the streusel topping by combining remaining cinnamon, oats, brown sugar, flour and butter.

Unroll refrigerated Round & Thin Pizza Dough on enclosed parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Arrange apples on pizza dough. Add streusel topping. Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp.

Remove from oven and top with caramel topping and salted chopped peanuts. Add additional salt if necessary.
